Terms and conditions

1. Scope

These terms govern the sale of travel services by Tamim, a travel agency registered in Tunisia.

2. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed once payment is complete and the confirmation e-mail has been sent. Places are allocated in the order payments are received.

3. Cancellation by the customer

Free cancellation windows are stated on each tour page and repeated in the confirmation. After that point the full price is due.

4. Cancellation by the agency

If we cancel, you may choose between moving to another date at no cost or a full refund of everything paid.

5. Liability

Tamim is not liable for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure, in particular weather that makes a desert track impassable.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law.
